I have no doubt that you are, but I have reservations at the FS and would like to know how it is. If the MO seems superior, I would consider changing (as I'm taking one week of cooking lessons at the FS, it might be difficult though).

Edited to add: where in Chiang Mai is the MO? Is it easy access to the city? How far is it from the center?
