Corporate travel agent Tier points
Jumping on this thread as have a similar query.
Booked a Club World flight, LHR-BOM return through corporate travel agent (Amex Global Business Travel).

Have now completed both flights - only got 400 bonus tier points for each leg as had registered for this bonus points.

Have received nothing for the fare itself despite is being almost £3k.

On my account the flight is listed as UK TMC fare.
Has anyone experienced this? I thought there would be at least some Tier Points for the flight irrespective of the bonus tier point offer.

Anyone know where to lodge a claim with BA for the missing TPs?
