Yes, I called them but the ticket is not refundable due to the small change in schedule. They did mention that I might be able to claim the airport taxes back and I also see on the site that you can ask for unused services to be refunded, such as seats. As this is the first time I'm doing this I really don't know whether I need to get this all done before the flight... or after. The call centre person said after but I'd prefer to double-check.
Interestingly I just read that under EU law the airline can really mess with your schedule and get away with it. Turns out that they would have to move the departure time by MORE than 3 hours later for any refund to be applicable (on the upside they cannot change the time to more than one hour earlier)!
