Not by this guy! It might work if there were more cushions etc and I think that was the original AY intent but as it stands I find it pretty uncomfortable for sleeping and that seems to be the majority opinion of those I know who have flown it. I also never sleep fully flat on a plane and prefer a more old school cradle position so only flat or upright doesn't really work for me.
For sitting its okay.
