As I mentioned, I'm perfectly fine with the secured (standard) 1-Bdrm residence suite (it's the washer dryer combo that counts and all residences have it ). Not to jinx things, but so far I'm 100% getting a further 1-level bump, but probably less due to AMB and more based on a long-standing relationship. Finger crossed.
Reporting back, I didn't jinx it, got further upgrade from CSU 1 Bedroom Residence Suite to 1 Bedroom Residence Suite City View .
