Assuming you haven't bought the most expensive ("flexible") fare, what can you get refunded if you know you are not going to make a flight?

Vueling recently changed their flight schedule on a ticket I had booked, so I am now at risk of not catching my connecting flight. Unfortunately the schedule change was not deemed significant enough to warrant a ticket refund under EU law.

What can I get refunded from this ticket? I know I cannot get the fare back but what about seats or any airport taxes?
