It's been a general factor with A3 that they appear to be customer friendly. When things do go wrong it's more accidental or down to mistakes, not by design, and it's usually corrected quite quickly. They also (IMHO) deliver the most pleasant short-haul business class in Europe and I glady fly them on my way to or from the Middle East or Southern Europe, taking the change in Athens into account rather than a change in LHR, FRA, MUC, AMS or IST. And I do love the dedicated business class bus when busses are required. My BA bus boarding in MUC yesterday was unbelievably chaotic.
