Question ANOTHER BA Problem getting ticketed for travel? HELP!!!!

First, thank you to anyone who can help.

The problem below causes me great anxiety and I don't know how best to have it handled CORRECTLY?

I recently booked travel with BA and made the reservation, provided all the information...including payment information for them to process.

They used some type of secure process which required me to enter my credit card number on my phones keypad and they said it went OK...no problem.

They said it would show up to be paid in ~ 72 hours.

A couple of days later I receive a "Please contact BA" regarding my reservation...some sort of issue....OK?

I called BA spoke with an agent who said the payment I made didn't go through and we would have to go through the process again...OK, we go through the process AGAIN and once again the agent said it went through and expect payment in ~72 hours.

I wake up this morning to another BA email saying there is a problem with my reservation and to contact them AGAIN!!!

I don't know what the issue is and want to make sure that it is corrected since the reservation I made is one I HAVE TO BE ABLE TO TRAVEL!

Does anyone know anything about how best to handle this ongoing issue?

All I know is that both times I was told by the agent that the process went through and it would be forwarded to payment to process and both times it hasn't!!
