There has been some variation in the sparkling wine, but the times I have been in the new lounge it has always been Chandon plus something else. Last time I was there it was an alcohol free rosé. When the lounge was downstairs in what is now Bar Fizz the champagne usually changed by day. Though Feuillatte and Moët was more regular than the third that I now forget what was.
