The T&Cs used to say: "Points do not expire for current Elite Members, although points may expire twelve (12) months after an Elite Member's account moves to Club level if there is no "earn" or "redeem" activity during those twelve (12) months." If those terms were still in force, this would clearly mean that I have until end of 2026 to earn or redeem some points to keep my points alive.

The current version of the T&Cs (clause 39), however, merely states: "Elite Members’ Points do not expire as long as Elite level membership is maintained", without expressly stating that the member has 12 months to earn or redeem when downgraded to Club level. The rewards member benefits table is no better/clearer, stating: "Elite Members’ points do not expire. If the account moves to Club level and there is a period of 12 months without any earn or redeem activity, then the points will expire." Does that mean that the policy has changed and that the points automatically disappear when downgraded to Club level with no activity in the previous 12 months, or is there still a 12 months period to earn or redeem after downgrade to Club?
