All RV A319s planned to leave the fleet in 2026. 787-10 order has been reduced from 18 to 14. 10 to be delivered by 2028, the remaining 4 by 2030.
1 Rouge A321 will be moving to mainline before the end of the year (likely fin 468)
1 more A320 leaving before the end of this year and 2 more in 2026. Likely going to be 401,402 and 405.

21 new A220 replace 18 Rouge A319 and 3 Mainline A320 leaving before the end of 2026. Seem about right.

No mention of ex-Lynx 737, but it's highly rumoured and half confirmed by internal sources that they are leaving at the same time as the last 5 get delivered.

Also, noted
The tables presented below do not account for the anticipated transfer of all the Boeing 737 MAX aircraft to Air Canada
Rouge, which is expected to commence in 2026, and that certain Airbus A320 family aircraft are expected to be reassigned
to Air Canada's mainline operations.
787-10 order reduced from 18 to 14, I guess the A330 fleet is here to stay.
