And of course it has been going on for quite a long time which reflects very poorly on management.
Don’t necessarily blame the people working there. They are probably contractors to a contractor that United is using.
But if you are saying why United employees/corporate does not care about the sad state of affairs then that is very valid. But you could also say that about other facets of United’s products and services that underwhelm.
