I’m going to land at TPE terminal 2 on a BR international flight without a checked bag about half an hour earlier than my friend who will arrive at terminal 1 on a CI international flight with checked bags. Would I be able to take sky train/walk on the airside to terminal 1 baggage claim area without a connecting flight to meet with my friend there and exit Customs together? I’ve never done this before so I want to make sure this wouldn’t be a problem. Thanks.
