Main options of chicken ‘n rice or fish ‘n rice weren’t all that appealing at that time of the evening. Went for the one-tray option of blue crab starter, salad and fruit :



Crab starter was delicious, and well worthy of a premium meal service. Drinks order was taken before departure, along with “I’ll come back and take the meal order after take off”, which turned out to be 35 minutes after take off. Annoying for such a late departure, when you really want an express service and time to sleep.

Club service was rather unremarkable : the tone was set during the safety demo when the crew member in front of the curtain at row 5 sort of draped herself over the back of 5K for support, and had the facial expression of complete boredom and unengagement.
