The discontinuation of CGN (once again!) can’t come as a surprise to anyone who has ever flown the route outside of a few busy Christmas market weekends.

In theory, the catchment area should be good, but FRA and DUS are close and have so many more options to LHR. CGN also has FR to STN, and don’t forget fast trains to Brussels ( < 2 hours ) which means you can get to St Pancras in about 4 hours.
