For 72.000 plus 32 flights I would expect some kind of meet and greet service in Athens at least or/and a small area in the lounge to be reserved for platinum only with better catering. 10% more miles? Really? And only 4 upgrade vouchers? They could at least offer unlimited domestic upgrades.
From my understanding once Platinum is up and running targeted offers will apply and "gifts" will be given to those who are high revenue. There may also be tweaks to the current perks. I know a few high spend A3 customers who dont even log into their accounts to check their balances their secretaries deal with it all . Some have obscene amounts of miles they rarely use. If they want an upgrade or a favour they have a direct account manager to call/email in addition to basic benefits.
