BA IT, anyone? (I could just about understand the logic if the card order included, but didn't state, bag tags - but a bag tag including an un-stated card is very unlikely).
Yes, I noticed this too. Every time I selected one to order, it cancelled the previous one, despite one being a membership card and the other being the bag tags. I just left it in the end, and by the looks of things I won't be missing out much by not having a mostly blank white card.
