Irrespective of disruption, SFO is generally one of the better US airports for entry. So much so, I used to route flights to the west coast there as my entry point.
Of course it all depends on what time you arrive and behind who else.
But IME a real improvement on LAX/JFK. Best of luck.
LAX is way better than SFO. Fly into both multiple times per year. LAX is probably the quickest immigration of any major US airport.
