significant impact to T4. It's closed off past gates 42A. Gates 43-45 are gone. Gates 46-49 are still there, but you have to take a 10 minute underground detour to get from the T4 lounges to those gates.

Much pedantry, but 46-49 have been rebuilt, that part is completely new. Now the same is happening with 43-45. They're doing T4 in thirds while I guess it was easier to just do T5 all at once.
