Locked out of BAEC account on web and app?
Hi all, I wonder if any of you have had similar issues / can suggest solutions? I have today found I can't log in to either website or app as it is newly requesting 2FA with a code. I didn't set that up (so don't receive any codes via phone or email), and could login fine with normal username/password last week. Is this a change across the board? I've tried chat and phone support who say it will take 7-10 days to remove the 2FA from my account. Ironically I'm keen on 2FA in general but this seems to have been imposed without me realising, and now I'm stuck! I fly BA metal in a week's time and had intended today to look at BA options for cash/award flight bookings in December so not great timing. Has anyone else had a similar issue? BAEC Gold but it doesn't seem to help much in this case alas.
