I have a united club membership. Will I be able to use the Boston club when I land? And does anyone know if they have a place to get changed?

As a United Club member traveling with United or a Star Alliance partner, you can use the United Club before departure, during layovers, and after landing. The Boston club has a restroom but no showers.
There is an additional prerequisite to "after landing" United Club (UC) access -- airside terminal access.
So if arriving on a domestic flight, no problem.
If arriving to BOS on an international flight, one would need either (1) an onward connecting flight, or (2) an arrival from a preclearance airport, such as Shannon, Ireland (SNN).
Without one of those conditions (connection or preclearance) even a lifetime UC member such as myself, flying internationally to BOS on UA or *A, could not use the BOS UC.
