Correct they are credited monthly regardless of the payment method (monthly/quarterly/yearly). Are all your nights from paid stays? Be aware that under the new terms and conditions for plus only 30 combined "free" status nights nights will be counted towards the 60 needed for Plat regardless of how many programs you are signed up to/stacking so you need at least 30 paid nights.
