Flew in on BA285 on Saturday (Nov 1) - I am a Permanent Resident in the US Citizens line and probably waited about 20 mins - the line moved pretty consistently and there were about 6 CBP staff processing. The other lines for non-Us Citizens/Permanent Residents was long and appeared to extend back towards the walkway. It also appeared that several flights had arrived in a short space of time to add to the lines - overall fine. TSA security on to PDX was almost empty!
