I put the info under my name on the form, but the primary reservation was under my companion. They pulled the certs from my companion, so I think that is the basis they go with. (It also took about a week post-flight for them to pull the certs).

If you want them to pull specific certificates, probably better to either call in, or specify them in the dropdown on the web form?
