Thank you so much. I don’t think many of the call handlers understand the technology and i certainly don’t.
I have two bookings next Spring, one of which i have been allocated seats, but cannot change them, the second booking i cannot and BA don’t seem to be able to allocate for 48 hours, so i wait and see, but why is this?
Equally frustrating is their promise to call me on my mobile, but they called my landine and would only speak to me, so my wife told me.
How unprofessional from a leading company.
