The Nuts -- well, looks like there's a new new nut mix replacing the new nut mix. The tasty seasoning with a bit of zing is gone, replaced with just regular salt. The pretzels are still there - 2 of them in my (underfilled) bowl today. But the bad part - there are *candied* nuts and candied dried fruit bits in there. I don't know what this is trying to be, but it's terrible, and I hope against hope it was just a massive snafu somewhere in the supply chain. Oh, and the almonds were soft and chewy.
Well I never. Encountered yet another new nut mix from SFO-DEN today. In March I came across a candied fruit and nut mix in the bowl. That one, referenced above, included candied walnuts and more. Today's mix was the regular seasoned nut and pretzel mix, with crisp almonds and soft chewy cashews (ugh)... but with the addition of candied fruit cubes as you can see below.
