If you link your CSR to your Open Table account you will have an option to view "Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables" which shows as a large banner on the top when you enter the app. Any restaurant in that list qualifies (it's a small list). If it's not showing up, make sure you have selected a city that has restaurants. I noticed it doesn't show up if you select a city with no restaurants (Orlando, Tampa, etc.) - in which case it will show Visa Dining instead (which does not qualify on its own).

https://www.opentable.com/c/chasedining/. If the city isn't listed, there are no restaurants. It's a rather small list of cities (but DC is of course included).
