Have the Citi Costco which does 3x on travel but looks like it never covered several of the above.
I got the Chase Ink Preferred card ($95 AF, collected 90k SUB) to maintain the ability to get 3X on misc travel (*). If they don’t change that card by next October when my CSR renews at the higher AF, I might just drop the CSR entirely.

I got the CSR when it originally launched, and for the first time really it no longer is part of my “every day wallet”.

(*) for car rentals I will not use the CIP because its (primary) car rentals coverage is only for business rentals.
