I had booked a stay in a 2-BR at the Village 21 Sonder in Nashville for this coming May to attend graduation at Vanderbilt. I booked as early as I could for a great rate because of course that's going to be a busy time in Nashville. I happened to look at my credit card activity this weekend and noticed a refund from Sonder. Sure enough, my reservation doesn't show on the Marriott website nor on the Sonder website. What's even better, is that this property doesn't show on the Sonder website. I called Sonder and they told me that this property is no longer affiliated with them and that Marriott was supposed to have contacted me.

Of course no contact from Marriott about this -- not even a cancellation email. if I hadn't looked at my credit card statement I would've never known.

The only two bedrooms in Nashville on Marriott's website for these dates are 2x the price of what I had reserved. When I called Marriott the best they were willing to even consider was to throw some points my way for the inconvenience.

So consider this a public service announcement to check your Sonder reservations, because based on what the Marriott person said to me there may be other properties doing the same thing.
