Ironically, UA does sell Economy Plus as a separate fare class, but for some reason the "Economy Plus" column on the website is selling it as an addon instead of as part of the ticket value. But my corporate TA sees it as a class of service and will ticket the B fares intended as such. You can do the same directly by specifically searching for B fares. The price may differ slightly from the addon version.
