Had the new for November “grilled chicken” dish on SAN-IAH, a preorder exclusive. Was very good. Looks dry but was not, thinking the “Demi glace” was underneath. Mash and veg were full of flavor. Menu pic included for comparison, the other grilled chicken was available as a non-preorder in F.
