If the flight was a non Schengen flight, the passport information is on the manifest. But to what degree the crew can see that part, or has the time to look at it, different points.
Are you a very frequent flyer on Finnair? Some airlines have notes in their system on passenger preferences.
It was within Schengen. I have AY Gold, so doing a fair bit of flights with Finnair, but nobody spoke anything besides Finnish or English to me before.
