Just one day after your post, have to give them a call. CI canxed my late night CI924 back to HKG next April and rebooked me on CX451. While generous of them to rebook on CX on their own accord, I am connecting in on CI131 and there's only 75 minutes between CI131 and CX451. EF says 90 minute MCT and HK centre suggested 120 mins.

CI HKG wasn't able to put through the rebooking, had to contact Taipei. In fact they were initially dismissive I can get a later CX flight.
CI US Toll Free connected to Taipei but the agent was not able to work on HK bookings.
Ended up calling CI Taipei directly and getting CX479:
