I rented from TPA recently and the process was fully automated from start to finish in the app...zero human intervention until I tried to use the wrong lane to exit by mistake and the lone person in the garage yelled at me to get in the correct late to scan my QR code lol.
Now I'm sure for that to work everything needs to be up to date in your profile...current DL, valid CC, etc.. Anything that's not lining up will result in you having to go to the counter and waste time in line.
