I stay last night at the Tampa Airport Marriott and the Folio had an address that was last used in July of 1998. I have had 2 other addresses since then and changed to my current address in May of 2020. The hotels claims they get it from Marriott Corporate and it is in my profile which is totally wrong as a I stayed at a CY in Tampa also and they had the correct address. I have had similar problem with Marriott El Paso Airport as they have my address and old phone number changed in Dec. 2019. Again claiming it is my profile. This is very annoying and I have reported to Marriott Corporate multiple times and never get a reply just get the case closed. 2 questions:
1. What is going on?
2. How can I fix this?

Why do you care? Are you worried that you won't get the Christmas card that they are planning to send you? Frankly, I don't want some random hotel mailing me stuff or calling me and everything should be done via email these days anyway so that's all I care about as being accurate.
