Not bad

The thing that always gets me with the chocolates is the look on some of their faces. on a recent flight, the attendant at some point realized she missed a bunch of people before getting to my row. you would think that would be a hint to stay on top of it for future rows.

but no…it's like she suddenly remembered it, made the most over the top gesture to unlock the iPhone, then went back and forth between the screen and the seat signs in the aisle to make sure that she had the right seat, and then handed it to me without even attempting to pronounce my name correctly. still have no clue what purpose the "preferred name" field in the profile is for, as I have never, ever had an FA use it.

and frankly i couldn't care about their platform preferences. just do your damn job.
