I was on the phone with a UA agent today when I had to abruptly get off while my transaction was being finalized. (My son closed a car door on his finger …. He is fine).

Later in the evening, I got a confirmation email with my new reservation. I also saw a banner on my phone that United had send me a specific message with more info. I went to my voicemail. Nothing there. I went to my message ap. Nothing. I went to What’sap (you never know). Nothing.

I was confused, as the banner was there.

I then went to my “blocked” voicemails. Not only was this voicemail there, but about 5 others from United over the past year when calls where dropped.

I thought airlines stopped callbacks decades ago. Seeing this today made me really happy.
