Absolutely! The other aspect to this is that the new First seat/suite cannot fit four abreast in a 787.

I’ve wondered if the long term outcome would be new F seats in all new 777-9s, the refreshed A380s, all 16 777-300s refreshed with new F and then the six A350-1000s arrive with new F (assuming it fits) and the older 18 A350-1000s go for mid-life refurbishment and emerge with new F.

The 6+32 787-10s are delivered in three class configuration without F.

As aircraft mentioned above are complete BA eliminates old F by advertising the F in 787-9 and 787-10s as FLUB and plans to remove at next overhaul.

Totally mad?
