The 3 links you provided are all Edit hotels. I don't believe all Hyatt hotels booked through Chase travel portal are "WOH eligible", at least they are not labeled as such on the Chase Travel portal itself.

You most likely will get your elite level benefits but it is a question whether you will get your stay and points credits if the hotels do not have WOH eligible listed as a benefit.

At the end of the day, it is buyers beware with booking trough Chase portal.
