Cheese Enchiladas

Not going to hold a candle to the cheese enchiladas I had in San Antonio last weekend, but were decent enough. Lots of cheese that made it outside the enchilada that was good with the corn and such. The salad was good, while the roll tasted a bit stale, I didn't eat more than a bite of it. Managed a bite of the banana pudding.

PDBs served on the ground were a choice of "champagne" lol, the FAs words, not mine or water. Warm nuts and drinks were served before the meal.
