The rules for the award fee waiver are:
The Primary Cardholder using their Atmos™ Rewards points for travel on Alaska Airlines' network of airline partners is eligible for the waiver of the booking fee associated with airline partner redemptions. All reservations made using the Primary Cardholder's Atmos™ Rewards account are eligible for this benefit, including reservations with multiple travelers where the Primary Cardholder is not a traveler.
Award ticket's applicable taxes and fees must be purchased with the Primary Cardholder's Summit card.
