Atmos Summit card and free bags: Which scenarios of booking and authorized works?
It's not clear to me when you get free bags with Summit. Can you help me with a Yes/No to these scenarios?

Three people are in play:
Person1 (Primary account holder)
Person2 (Authorized User)
Person3 (no Summit card)

1) Person1 books an award ticket for Person2 and pays with Person1's card, on Alaska

1) Person1 books an partner award ticket for Person2 and pays with Person1's card, an American.

2) Person3, books an award ticket, for Person 2, utilizing Person1's card.

3) Person3, books an award ticket, utilizing Person 1's card.


While the above question is for bag fees, also, are all award fees waived by billing to the card, or just those coded to your account?
