I stayed at this hotel twice this year, and it was my first time in SG in 8 years and my first stay at this hotel. I agree it is old and dated. I stayed in mid- and late-Summer and the air conditioning during the day time was horrible. But still I have a lot of very fond memories. Really loved the breakfast buffet, and above all, the convenience of being adjacent to the Bugis mall. I have a trip to Asia this December and I am even wondering if I should make a detour one last time. LOL
