LHR-CPT fail tonight. Fail 1: Group zero called but tensa-barrier still blocking entry. By the time staff moseyed over to open the barrier, group 1 had already been called. Fail 2: All passengers incl group 1 allowed to scan boarding passes and enter pre-boarding scrum area.
