This has come up before. AUPs do (usually) get bonus nTP despite what it says in the Ts and Cs, see the main "Real World" examples thread. POUGs almost always get bonus nTP for the higher cabin, that seems fairly consistent overall. My view is that Basic to CE or CW upgrades should also get bonus TP for the higher grade, but at least one person recently has had difficulties in this space. I suspect that the computer sometimes fails to award them, but on appeal to Customer Relations they tend to end up being revised into the account correctly.
