Stayed here this past Thursday night...... very impressed.
1.) Area is great.... close to so much but a little quieter than Hyatt Union Square right up the road (although have had many great stays there as well)
2.) Got ALL of the LTG benefits without even asking -- suite upgrade, late checkout, breakfast included.
3.) Staff/FD was so friendly and helpful.... REALLY made an impression.
Will return here in a heartbeat next time need a room in NYC.
