Amex Gold first year no fee 2 points (hence miles - possible conversion bonus?) per £ (UK version).
Not sure about EU versions but its likely 2 per €.
Also Revolut are pretty useless when it comes to actually allowing spend other than actually buying something directly using the card, pretty sure they wouldn't allow purchases which were legitimate but happened to go through some financial third party, so I'd never go the Revolut route. Ive downgraded to one that's £7.99 a month which happens to give me a subscription I'd have had to pay £19.99/month for.
Amex Platinum will give you a much better sign-up bonus but only 1 point/£ spend
The benefits (for me) just work though
Lounges include Delta in US (10 per year) and the Centurion lounges plus Priority Pass for you and your second cardholder
The Dining Credit also works for me.
If you need an AMEX referral then drop me a PM.
I've started accumulating Virgin points instead of FB miles. For short hop EU flights you can be down at 4000 points +about €50. If you are in the UK look at the Virgin cards (or Tesco Clubcard Plus - clubcard points convert 1 to 2 Virgin Points) - sorry I'm going off topic here
