I’d be more interested to know what exactly BA can do about this given that most of the issues mentioned here are outside of their control. And are the incidents triggering significant operational issues such as missed connections etc for the airline? If they’re not, the fact that the arrivals process is now a bit crap - and anecdotal feedback on this still seems to be mixed - isn’t likely to move BA to want to do anything.

I wonder how Loganair are doing? Can’t say I’m looking forward to when I eventually do my next MAN trip on them… I can only see MAG being forced to do something if multiple airlines start complaining at them.
