I was referring to the Hebrew website! It states there quite clearly that parking is not permitted over 24 hours, which is a change from what it said before June, when it had that restriction only between June and October.

It is a bit self contradictory, as it DOES give an additional hourly rate beyond 24 hours of 22 shekels during the off peak period, which it doesn't give for the peak period.

בעונת השיא מהתאריך 15.06 ועד התאריך 31.10 תעריף מקסימום ליממה- 135 ₪.
בשאר השנה- תעריף מקסימום ליממה 100 ₪, 22 ₪ לכל שעה נוספת.
