It looks like all the Hyatt run properties in MBJ now say the hotels will reopen on 2/1. Anyone have a sense of how realistic that is as a reopen date? It seems hard to imagine they all sustained the same damages and therefore would all reopen on the same date.

If one property opens earlier, and you have reservations at a closed one, do you think Hyatt will reaccomodate you, without charging a difference in price?
